Dr. Brenda Vose is Chair and Associate Professor of the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of North Florida. Dr. Vose earned a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati where she served as Academic Director of the Online Master’s Program in Criminal Justice (2004-2008). At the University of North Florida, Dr. Vose served as Graduate Program Director (2011-2018) and Chair (2018-Present). Dr. Vose is an Editorial Board Member for American Journal of Criminal Justice and is a member of the Southern Criminal Justice Association Executive Board. She has published in Policing: An International Journal of Police Strategies and Management, Criminology and Public Policy, Journal of Contemporary Criminal Justice, Victims and Offenders, Journal of Criminal Justice, Federal Probation, and Criminal Justice and Behavior.
