Dr. Caroline Guardino enjoys teaching courses in both Exceptional Student Education and Deaf Education. Dr. Guardino consults and conducts in-service training, lectures, and workshops for in-service and pre-service teachers at Universities and schools across the nation. She has taught in California, Hawaii, and Arizona in a variety of settings including resource rooms, non-public schools, private institutions, universities, and specialized schools. In each of these settings she has embraces diversity, inclusion, and creating equitable learning opportunities. She has had experiences working with students with various disabilities including learning disabilities, behaviorally challenged, severe disabilities, attention deficit disorder, autism, and students with intellectual disabilities. She enjoys teaching, creating curricula, and developing quality programs that meet the individual needs of students.
