James R. Churilla, Ph.D., MPH, M.S., ACSM-CEP, ACSM-EP, CSCS, FACSM is a Professor of Lifestyle Medicine in the Brooks College of Health at the University of North Florida. Dr. Churilla is the Graduate Program Director for the MSH in Kinesiology and Lifestyle Medicine. His research focuses on physical activity, sedentary behavior, heart failure sub-types, and cardiometabolic risk. Dr. Churilla is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Dr. Churilla is a member of the ACSM and the American Heart Associations Council on Lifestyle and Cardiometabolic Health.
