Matthew Leon is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Coggin College of Business at the University of North Florida. In addition to a Ph.D. in OB/HR, Leon has worked as a Civilian Research Scientist and Applications Analyst for the United States Navy’s Naval Aerospace Medical Research Laboratory and Naval Medicine Operational Training Center. Further, he has worked as a defense contractor for the United States Army specializing in selection and test development. Outside of behavioral research in the academic and public sectors, he has several years of experience as a human resources professional in healthcare and manufacturing settings.
