Abstract
Athletic Training and Sports Health Care | Partial-thickness abrasions are common among athletes, and several occlusive dressings are recommended to promote healing. This study examined the effectiveness of film, foam, hydro-colloid, and hydrogel dressings on healing time, measured by wound contraction, chromatic red, and luminance in standardized, partial-thickness abrasions.
