Abstract
The Florida Virtual School has partnered with Giunti Laboratories and Blackboard to implement an innovative learning content management system (LCMS) to meet the ever-changing needs of their more than 130,000 students worldwide. This global partnership will enable students and teachers to access personal learning content anytime and anywhere, delivered on the device of choice and adapted to the unique background skills and learning needs of each student.
