Abstract

This panel focuses on how we communicate through and with technologies. Specifically, the panel presents a wide range of research papers that cover a variety of technologies (e.g., social media, robots) in diverse communication contexts (e.g., education, personal relationships). Essentially, the panel showcase how we communicate in the technology-mediated world and why theories are useful for understanding communication practices in a mediated environment.
