Abstract
UNF’s Thomas G. Carpenter Library has established a successful outreach program by prioritizing kindness, goodwill, and sustainable partnerships. In order to market successfully market their resources, library outreach staff need to reach out, reach in, and then act in order to put student success – academic and otherwise – as their top priority.
