Clayton L. McCarl

Clayton McCarl is professor of Spanish and Digital Humanities at the University of North Florida. He is a scholar of early Latin America whose research explores intersections between book history, scholarly editing, digital pedagogy, and public humanities. He teaches courses on the Spanish language, Latin American literature and culture, and the use of digital methodologies in humanities scholarship.
