Professional Overview
Pingying Zhang is a Professor of Management at the Coggin College of Business, University of North Florida. She earned her Ph.D. in Corporate Governance from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo, Norway. Her teaching focuses on Strategic Management, International Management, Entrepreneurship, and Organization Theory. Dr. Zhang’s research examines board of directors’ task design, entrepreneurial behavior, venture capital diversification, and strategic issues in multinational corporations. Her work has been presented at numerous international conferences and published in leading journals in the fields of corporate governance, management and entrepreneurship.
