Producción científica: Articlerevisión exhaustiva

Resumen

Investigated the factorial validity of the SEES and the effects of an acute bout of exercise on positive well-being, psychological distress, and feelings of fatigue among 163 female undergraduates enrolled in an aerobic dance class. Perceptions of positive well-being, psychological distress, and fatigue were significantly improved from pre- to postexercise as a function of the exercise bout. Results are discussed with respect to the utility of the SEES as a valid instrument for assessing changes in subjective responses emanating from acute exercise participation.
